Quetta:During a joint press conference at the provincial secretariat, Mir Changiz Jamali, Provincial President, and Rozi Khan Kakar, Provincial General Secretary of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), stated that the party will not tolerate any deviation from its policies. They announced the removal of 20 officials, including Sardar Sarbuland Jogezai from Loralai Information Secretary and others from the Zhob Division, relieving them of their party membership and positions.
The newly elected officials are expected to strengthen and activate the party, collaborating with Chief Minister Mir Sanaullah Zehri to utilize all available resources for resolving issues in Balochistan. They expressed their commitment during the joint press conference, emphasizing that their efforts have led to the establishment of a provincial government today.
Mir Changiz Jamali and Rozi Khan Kakar criticized some within the party for attempting to tarnish its image, leading to disciplinary actions against those who violated party discipline. They acknowledged the support of Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari and Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari for inaugurating PPP’s foundation day in Balochistan, vowing to ensure the completion of their government’s term.
They highlighted education and healthcare as key priorities, affirming their resolve to meet with Chief Minister Mir Sanaullah Ahmadzai to address all concerns through teamwork and sincere efforts. The leaders emphasized PPP’s commitment to democratic and political principles, dismissing allegations of disloyalty among members.
Responding to a question about differences between old and new party members, they asserted that loyalty and dedication to PPP’s manifesto are paramount. They assured that any member sincerely committed to the party’s policies and manifesto will be welcomed to contribute towards solving issues and strengthening the party’s resolve.
