Quetta:Former Chief Minister of Balochistan and Senator Mir Abdul Qudoos Bizenjo has reaffirmed unwavering support for the Kashmiri people, emphasizing that their sufferings are not forgotten and will never be forgotten. His statement came in observance of Kashmir Exploitation Day, marking the fifth anniversary of India’s controversial actions in the region.
In his statement, Bizenjo condemned the Indian occupation and highlighted the significance of August 5, which serves both as a painful reminder and a source of resolve for Pakistanis. He reiterated the collective stance against the Indian government’s measures of August 5, 2019, which he described as a violation of UN resolutions and an act of imprisoning Kashmiris in their own land.
Bizenjo emphasized the ongoing struggle and sacrifice of Kashmiri youth, particularly referencing the legacy of Burhan Wani, and vowed that their sacrifices would not be in vain. He expressed solidarity with the Kashmiri people, asserting that their suffering and the injustices they face are deeply felt by Pakistanis.
The former Chief Minister urged all political parties to set aside their differences and unite in support of Kashmir’s cause. He emphasized that Pakistan’s relationship with Kashmir is an indissoluble bond and that the struggle for Kashmir’s freedom will continue until it becomes a part of Pakistan.
He called for a collective effort to defeat Hindu nationalist policies and to stand firm against oppression, affirming that Pakistan and Kashmir are eternally connected. Bizenjo paid tribute to the martyrs of Kashmir, asserting that their sacrifices will not be forgotten and reiterated that the only solution to the Kashmir issue is an unconditional plebiscite, with hope that Kashmiris will ultimately achieve their rightful freedom.
