Police Pursuit Leads to Crash in Paris, 13 Injured Including 10 Officers

In a dramatic turn of events, a police chase in southern Paris resulted in a collision involving multiple vehicles, leaving 13 people injured, including 10 police officers.

According to reports, the incident took place on Saturday morning when police attempted to stop a vehicle whose driver refused to pull over. Authorities suspected the driver was under the influence of alcohol. The police followed the vehicle for several kilometers before the driver lost control and crashed into a traffic signal.

As police officers stepped out of their vehicles to apprehend the suspect, another police car collided with the first one from behind. Shortly after, a civilian vehicle also crashed into the police cars.

The crash left 10 officers and three civilians with minor injuries, and they were quickly transported to a nearby hospital. Authorities confirmed that the driver, along with two passengers in the car, were arrested.

The individuals in the vehicle were aged 30, 22, and 19, with two of them being French nationals who were previously wanted by the police.
