Pangjor Levies Force Seizes Hidden Weapons and Ammunition, Three Suspects Arrested
Pangjor:The Pangjor Levies Force has conducted a significant operation resulting in the seizure of hidden weapons and ammunition from a vehicle. The operation, carried out under the supervision of Major Levies Force Sabir Ali Gachki and in-charge of Goran Check Post, Muhammad Azam Rais, and clerk Abdul Ghaffar, led to the recovery of three SMG rifles, ten SMG magazines, and 3,000 rounds of ammunition concealed in the vehicle’s secret compartments.
The vehicle was seized, and three suspects—Bashir Ahmed son of Abdul Khaliq, a resident of Ismail Colony, Sarki Road, Quetta; Ghulam Ali son of Ghulam Dostgir, a resident of Samungli Road, Kharotabad, Quetta; and Abdul Bari son of Muhammad Umar, a resident of Haji Ghaibi Road, Pashtunabad, Quetta—were arrested. A case has been registered against them under Section 17/B of the Arms Ordinance, and further investigations are underway.
Major Levies Sabir Ali Gachki stated that operations against drugs and weapons are ongoing as per the directives of the DG Levies and the AC Pangjor/Goran. He indicated that further significant revelations are expected from the arrested suspects.
