Pakistan’s Players Reach Quarter-Finals in SAARC Snooker Championship
Colombo, Sri Lanka:Both Pakistani players, **Mohammad Asif** and **Naseem Akhtar**, have successfully made it to the quarter-finals of the ongoing **SAARC Snooker Championship** in Sri Lanka.
In a flawless display of skill, both players remained undefeated in their respective group matches. On **Wednesday**, Naseem Akhtar won both of his matches, while Mohammad Asif secured a victory in his final group match.
**Mohammad Asif** triumphed over Nepal’s **Ankit Man** with a 4-1 victory in his last group match, securing his spot in the next round.
Meanwhile, **Naseem Akhtar** defeated Sri Lanka’s **Mohammad Mashraf** 4-1 and followed it up with a 4-2 win over **India’s Paras Gupta**.
With both players progressing to the quarter-finals, Pakistan is looking strong in the tournament, showcasing remarkable talent in the competition.
