Islamabad:The accolades for Pakistan’s national hero, Arshad Nadeem, who won the gold medal for the country at the Paris Olympics, have begun. The first award was presented by the renowned Pakistani religious scholar, Maulana Tariq Jameel.
On Monday, Maulana Tariq Jameel made a special visit to Arshad Nadeem’s home in Mian Channu. During the visit, he personally congratulated Nadeem and awarded him a check for 500,000 Pakistani Rupees as a prize. Maulana Tariq Jameel praised Nadeem for winning the gold medal in individual events for Pakistan after 40 years and offered special prayers for his continued success and future achievements.
Arshad Nadeem expressed his gratitude for Maulana Tariq Jameel’s generosity, affection, and prayers. He committed to working even harder to further elevate the country’s reputation in sports.
Following the meeting, Maulana Tariq Jameel hosted a dinner in Nadeem’s honor and announced a new initiative to plant 1 million trees across Pakistan in collaboration with Nadeem.
