Islamabad:Pakistani national cricket team’s fast bowler Haris Rauf has strongly reacted to circulating rumors regarding the birth of his first child.
Two days ago, social media circulated reports claiming that Haris Rauf and Muzna Masood had welcomed their first child. Users mistook a photo of a newborn as Haris Rauf’s son, prompting the cricketer to vehemently refute these false claims and request a halt to the spread of fake news.
Haris Rauf took to social media to clarify, stating, “The news about the birth of my child is false. Please refrain from spreading false news and believing in them.”
The cricketer further emphasized that no information regarding his personal life should be trusted unless it comes from credible sources, dismissing any content appearing on unauthorized social media accounts.
It should be noted that fast bowler Haris Rauf and his long-time friend Muzna Masood tied the knot in December 2022 in their native Pakistan, with their wedding ceremony taking place in July 2023.
