Pakistan Security Printing Corporation Announces Third Batch of Leadership Induction Program for Graduates

The **State Bank of Pakistan’s subsidiary**, **Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (PSPC)**, has officially announced the third batch of its **Leadership Induction Program** aimed at providing recent graduates with an opportunity to join the institution as **Management or Engineering Trainees**.
This program is designed to **train young talent** and **develop their leadership skills** so they can actively contribute to the country’s development. The application process is open until **June 2, 2025**.
### Eligibility Criteria:
**Educational Qualifications:**
A minimum of **16 years of relevant academic qualification** is required.
**Age Limit:**
* For general candidates, the maximum age limit is **26 years**.
* For candidates from **former FATA**, **Gilgit-Baltistan**, **Balochistan**, and **Azad Jammu & Kashmir**, a relaxation of **3 years** is allowed.
* For **non-management employees**, the age limit is **50 years**.

**Management Trainees:**
Graduates from the following fields are eligible to apply:

* Public Administration
* Sociology/Social Sciences
* Economics
* Commerce
* Finance
* Accounting
* Information Systems & Technology
* Mathematics
* Human Resources
* Related Disciplines
**Engineering Trainees:**
Graduates in the following **PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council)** recognized fields are eligible:
* Mechanical
* Civil
* Chemical
* Electrical
* Electronics
* Mechatronics
* Industrial & Manufacturing
* Chemistry
* Product Design
* Fine Arts (Painting, Printmaking, Multimedia)
### Salary and Benefits:
* **Training Stipend:** PKR **40,000** per month
* **Post-Training Salary:** PKR **80,000** per month (additional benefits as Assistant Manager)
