Pakistan Activates Crisis Management Unit to Assist Citizens Stranded in Syria

Islamabad: In light of the current situation in Syria, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has activated a Crisis Management Unit to assist Pakistani citizens stranded in the country.
A spokesperson for the Ministry stated that measures have been taken to facilitate Pakistani nationals in Syria, and their families can contact the authorities through phone numbers or email for assistance.
According to diplomatic sources, there are currently 1,200 Pakistanis in Syria, and all are reported to be safe. The Pakistani Embassy in Damascus is in regular contact with them to provide necessary support.
