Additionally, the request was submitted without any accompanying orders or documents.
The Registrar’s objections included concerns about how a petition related to Punjab cases can be filed in the Islamabad High Court. Furthermore, the matter of military courts is currently pending in the Supreme Court, raising questions about the admissibility of the petition in the High Court.
