New Zealand’s Rachin Ravindra Injured During Tri-Nation Series, Now Recovering

Lahore:During the first match of the tri-nation series between Pakistan and New Zealand, Kiwi cricketer Rachin Ravindra was injured after being struck on the forehead by a ball.

According to a spokesperson for the New Zealand cricket team, Rachin sustained a cut on his forehead when the ball hit him during the 38th over. The all-rounder received immediate treatment on the field, and the spokesperson confirmed that Ravindra is now feeling better.

The initial head injury assessment was accurate, and further assessments and protocols will continue for the player.

In the opening match of the series, New Zealand defeated the host team, Pakistan, by 78 runs.
