National Party’s Kabir Mohammad Shehi Condemns Khuzdar Incident and Demands Immediate Action

Quetta:The Secretary General of the National Party, Mir Kabir Ahmad Mohammad Shehi, has expressed deep concern over the increasing insecurity of women in the country under the influence of power and wealth. He pointed out that the year-long performance of the government imposed in the National Assembly, Balochistan Provincial Assembly, and Senate has resulted in a tragic situation where women, even within their own homes, are not safe. He described the incident at Khuzdar Police Line and the fraudulent government behind Form 47 as a disturbing addition to a series of unfortunate events.
Kabir Mohammad Shehi strongly condemned the abduction of Asma Bibi, stating that the abductors have become so fearless and powerful that they seem to have no fear of the state or its institutions, or perhaps these institutions are protecting the criminals. He highlighted that the negative impact of the historical rigging in the 2024 elections is evident today, with the country having lost its constitution, democracy, and an independent judiciary. Moreover, the media has been silenced, he noted.
Mir Kabir Shehi demanded the immediate arrest of the nominated culprits and called for the prompt recovery of Asma Bibi.
