Quetta:a large public gathering organized by the National Party commemorated the anniversary of Balochistan martyrs Shaheed Maulabakhsh Dashti and Shaheed Habib Jalib Baloch. The event, held at Siriab Road, featured speeches from provincial leaders including President Rahmat Saleh Baloch, Central Secretary of Information Islami Baloch, Central Vice President Dr. Is-haq Baloch, Quetta President Haji Ata Mohammad Bangulzai, MP Khair Jan Baloch, Central Women’s Secretary Yasmeen Lahri, Provincial Women’s Secretary MP Kalsoom Niaz Baloch, and others.
The organizers praised the sacrifices of Balochistan martyrs with utmost reverence and reaffirmed the party’s commitment to continue its political and intellectual struggle until the eradication of oppression, coercion, and national disparities. They denounced the prevailing discontent and unemployment in Balochistan, where 58% of children are out of schools and university professors and employees lack adequate salaries, leading to political alienation. They emphasized the necessity for organized political efforts to bring about electoral change and create a national movement.
The National Party vowed to organize political workers to enhance political and democratic struggles against national condemnation and class coercion. They declared their commitment to resolve political issues through dialogue and negotiations to establish peace and security.
