Quetta:Members of the National Party in the Assembly protested and staged a walkout during Monday’s assembly session against the crackdown and arrests of Qari Daoud and Mir Ashraf Hussain in Gwadar, who were involved in organizing a peaceful protest gathering.
During the assembly session, Khair Jan Baloch and Kalsoom Niaz Baloch raised a Point of Order and condemned the use of force, shelling, violence by forces against the peaceful protest gathering in Gwadar. They also condemned the raid and arrests at the residence of National Party’s central leader Mir Ashraf Hussain, including his sons.
The assembly members walked out in protest from the assembly session in response to these actions.
