Islamabad:In a remarkable incident reported by international media, a man in the city of Leon, Mexico, miraculously survived after being trapped in a sewer line for three days.
According to reports, the man named Antonio got stuck in a large sewer line after entering it while searching for drain covers in the city’s drainage system. He lost his way and remained trapped underground for three days, continuously shouting for help.
Despite enduring hunger and thirst, Antonio did not lose hope and continued to call out for assistance. Fortunately, luck favored him when a passing woman heard his voice coming from a manhole cover. She alerted authorities, who then conducted a rescue operation.
Thanks to the swift response, Antonio, hungry and thirsty but otherwise safe, was rescued from the sewer line three days after his ordeal began.
