Mir Tahir Bizenjo Reflects on the Question of Why Allah Elevates Oppressors to High Positions
QUETTA:Mir Tahir Bizenjo, central leader of the National Party and former senator, addressed a video statement in response to a question about why Allah elevates oppressors to high positions. He stated that this question would have been better posed to a religious scholar or philosopher, but from his understanding of Islamic teachings, he believes that Allah places oppressors in high positions to bring them disgrace in this world.
Mir Tahir Bizenjo further explained that in the context of Pakistan, former military rulers General Zia-ul-Haq and General Pervez Musharraf serve as clear examples of individuals who ruled with oppression. He emphasized that anyone who follows in their footsteps will only face disgrace and infamy.
In his concluding remarks, Mir Tahir Bizenjo prayed for mercy for former President Asif Ali Zardari and the Sharif brothers, acknowledging the challenges they faced during their tenures.
