Quetta:Balochistan National Party’s Mir Asadullah Baloch, speaking in the Assembly session, criticized the recent return of Nawaz Sharif to the country, recalling the restrictions imposed on the Pakistan People’s Party during Zia’s era. He questioned the current state of democracy where assembly sessions are not allowed, and no one is allowed to carry arms or sticks. He emphasized that the government cannot run with the policy of using sticks and bullets; cooperation should have been extended to prevent such situations.
Mir Asadullah Baloch further highlighted that the presence of containers has led to violence and questioned its benefits. He called on everyone to support whatever is in the interest of the country and not support what goes against it. He blamed wrong policies for tarnishing the country’s image worldwide and leading politics towards anarchy. He expressed concern over the increasing use of weapons and guns and expressed fear that the youth are being led towards a freedom-loving group.
He criticized that despite changing governments five times and deploying the army, the result has been negative and advised not to make decisions based on one person’s opinion. He criticized the political party for its political style, and also highlighted the misuse of the pen and the sword.
