Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry Addresses Illegal Pakistani Immigrants Issue in the UK
Minister of State for Interior, Talal Chaudhry, has stated that the issue of illegal Pakistani immigrants in the United Kingdom is negligible. Speaking in London, he emphasized that Pakistan has fully assured Europe of its cooperation in preventing the arrival of illegal immigrants.
Talal Chaudhry further mentioned that Pakistan has apprehended 218 individuals involved in human trafficking. He added that the UK has appreciated Pakistan’s efforts regarding illegal immigrants.
Additionally, he reminded several European countries of their commitment to take in Afghan citizens.
Chaudhry also noted that the positive outcomes of the Chief of Army Staff’s visit to the UK are becoming apparent, and mentioned that Nawaz Sharif is quietly playing his part.
