Minister Ali Hassan Zehri Reviews Development Projects During Visit to Hub

Hub:Minister of Industries, Agriculture, and Cooperatives, Mir Ali Hassan Zehri, conducted a visit to his constituency to review the progress of development projects under the leadership of the Chief Minister of Balochistan. The review meeting was held at the LEADA Conference Hall, with DC Hub Mansoor Qazi and other departmental officials in attendance.*
During the meeting, Mir Ali Hassan Zehri shared details about the approval of the Hub Development Authority and Master Plan, stating that all development projects will be overseen by the Hub Development Authority. He also mentioned that major projects, including the Water Treatment Plant, Greater Water Supply Scheme, and the 9-billion-rupee Coastal Village Dam project, have been approved thanks to the special focus of President of Pakistan, Asif Ali Zardari, on Balochistan.
The Minister instructed officials to use modern technology for the planning and mapping of development projects in Hub, and to ensure that the PC-I (Project Concept-I) documents are prepared using GPS technology for better coordination. He emphasized the importance of prioritizing low-cost, sustainable projects that would benefit the majority of the local population.
Additionally, Zehri assured that work on the infrastructure development for Hub’s industrial city would begin soon. He also highlighted the approval of 38 educational sector projects in the district.
During the visit, two new ambulances were handed over to the DHOs, and relief checks were distributed to the Christian community.
Zehri also mentioned the approval of the DC Complex project, which is expected to cost around 1.3 billion rupees, and the development of the GOR Colony, which is being built at a cost of 1.15 billion rupees.
