MDCAT Re-examination Held Across Sindh, Including Karachi

Karachi: The re-examination for the Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) 2024 was conducted across Sindh, including Karachi, under the supervision of IBA Sukkur. The test was held simultaneously in multiple cities, including Hyderabad, Jamshoro, Shaheed Benazirabad, Larkana, and Sukkur.
A total of approximately 38,609 candidates from across Sindh participated in the exam. The re-examination was ordered by the Sindh High Court following allegations of paper leaks during the initial test. The paper consisted of 200 questions, with a duration of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
In Karachi, examination centers were set up at NED University and the University of Karachi. To prevent cheating and other unlawful activities, Section 144 was imposed around the examination centers, ensuring strict security and order. Rigorous measures were put in place to maintain the transparency and discipline of the exam process.
