Maulana Fazlur Rehman Claims Rigging in February 8, 2024 Elections

Mardan: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has claimed that the February 8, 2024 elections were marred by widespread rigging in all four provinces of Pakistan.

Speaking in Mardan, Maulana Fazlur Rehman stated that February 8 was the darkest day in the country’s history, emphasizing that no one has the right to undermine the public mandate. He further added that the elections saw severe rigging in all provinces, including Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, where he alleged that the majority was manipulated through fraudulent means.

The JUI-F leader also criticized the government’s claims of economic progress, dismissing them as baseless and without any truth.
