Quetta:a massive rally was held under the banner of Tehreek-e-Tahafuz-e-Azad Pakistan (Movement for the Protection of Pakistan’s Constitution). The rally was led by Mahmood Khan Achakzai and saw significant participation from workers of Pashtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (PkMAP), Balochistan National Party (BNP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), and Jamaat-e-Islami. Addressing the demonstrators at Bacha Khan Chowk, Mahmood Khan Achakzai emphasized that Imran Khan is the nation’s foremost leader and declared himself an advocate for both Baloch and Pashtun communities. He pledged not to tolerate any form of slavery in Pakistan and condemned all acts of sabotage. Warning against any attempts to disrupt public gatherings by the opposition, Achakzai stated that they would resist such interference with vigor. He reiterated that Afghanistan is a neighboring country where Pashtuns, Hazaras, Baloch, and other ethnic groups reside, emphasizing Pakistan’s solidarity with all its communities. Mahmood Khan Achakzai proposed the formation of a caretaker government comprising representatives from all political parties to resolve the current political impasse within six months and ensure fair elections.
