Magsi Family Dominates the Jhal Magsi Desert Challenge Rally, Sweeps Top Positions
Jhal Magsi:The prestigious Jhal Magsi Desert Challenge Rally concluded with the Magsi family emerging as the dominant force, claiming the top three positions in the event’s most competitive category. The three-day rally’s final day saw races in various categories, including Prepared, Stock, Veterans, and Ladies Stock.
In the Prepared Category, the Magsi family showcased an extraordinary performance, with Jafar Magsi securing first place by completing the 170 km course in 1 hour, 54 minutes, and 20.86 seconds. His brother, Anis Magsi, finished in second place with a time of 1 hour, 58 minutes, and 11 seconds. Legendary driver Nadir Magsi took third place, trailing by just 22 seconds.
Unfortunately, two well-known drivers, Sahibzada Sultan Muhammad Ali and Asif Fazal, faced technical issues with their vehicles during the race, preventing them from reaching the podium.
In other categories, Nauman Sar Anjam claimed the top position in Prepared B, while Munir Jhandir topped Prepared C. In Prepared D, Nasrullah Mazari finished in first place. In the Stock A category, Owais Shivani emerged victorious.
In the Ladies Stock category, Laleen Akhundzada clinched first place, while in the Veterans category, Ins Khakwani topped the leaderboard.
The rally, renowned for its challenging terrain and competitive spirit, saw remarkable performances from participants, with the Magsi family reaffirming their dominance in desert rallying.
