Lahore: Irfan Khokhar, Chairman of the LPG Industries Association of Pakistan, has announced an increase in LPG prices. According to Khokhar, LPG is not available at the government-set price across the country. The price of LPG has been raised by 2 rupees per kilogram, setting the new price at 237 rupees per kilogram.
The price of a domestic cylinder has increased by 27 rupees, while the cost of a commercial cylinder has risen by 103 rupees. Consequently, a domestic cylinder will now be sold for 2797 rupees, and a commercial cylinder will be available at 10760 rupees, up from the previous price of 10656 rupees.
Khokhar also noted that the government-mandated production price of LPG has been increased by 2,279 rupees per metric ton.
