Levies Forces Merged into Police in Three Balochistan Districts

Quetta:The Levies forces in three districts of Balochistan, including Quetta, Gwadar, and Lasbela, have officially been merged into the police force. The decision was approved in a meeting chaired by the Chief Secretary of Balochistan. The merger will see the Levies forces in these districts integrated into their respective police departments.

The Director General of the Levies Force in Balochistan has sent a formal letter to the Additional Chief Secretary of the Interior Department, recommending the merger. According to the letter, the Quetta Levies will be integrated into the Quetta Police, Gwadar Levies into the Gwadar Police, and Lasbela Levies will be included in the Lasbela and Hub Police forces. This move is part of efforts to streamline law enforcement and improve security across the province.
