Police have arrested the parents who were attempting to marry off their 12-year-old daughter for financial gain.
A call from concerned locals prompted immediate action from the Virtual Women Police Station, leading to the apprehension of the girl’s parents and the prospective groom. According to spokesperson Saif Saeed, women facing any emergency situation can contact the Virtual Women Police Station at 15 for immediate assistance.
