KP CM Ali Amin Gandapur Talks About His Meeting with Imran Khan and Negotiations with Government

Peshawar:In a recent conversation with Geo News, Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Ali Amin Gandapur, shared insights into his meeting with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder, Imran Khan. He emphasized that during their meeting, Imran Khan did not express any displeasure or resentment towards him. However, Gandapur added that he cannot speak about what might be on Imran Khan’s mind or in his heart.

Regarding the ongoing talks with the government, Gandapur stated that negotiations could resume if the government fulfills their demands. He mentioned that both the opposition and government had set up committees for talks, but negotiations were halted due to the non-fulfillment of their demands.

On the topic of governance in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gandapur pointed out that narratives were being created against his province, while other provincial governments should engage in open debates with his team.

When asked about internal differences within PTI, the CM explained that differing opinions and opposition are common in every political party.
