Khyber Pakhtunkhwa CM Takes Action Against Violation of Government Advertisement Policy

Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Ali Amin Gandapur, has taken action against the violation of the government advertisement policy by removing the Secretary of Information from his position.

In a statement issued by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on X, it was clarified that under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government’s official advertising policy, it is prohibited to include the image of any political figure or political content in government-funded advertisements.

The statement emphasized that government advertisements should be solely dedicated to public welfare and awareness purposes. Due to the violation of this policy, the Chief Minister has decided to remove Secretary of Information, Arshad Khan, from his post.
