Khyber Pakhtunkhwa CM Meets PTI Worker Injured After Falling from Container During Islamabad Protest
Peshawar: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister, Ali Amin Gandapur, met with a Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) worker who was injured after falling from a container during the party’s protest in Islamabad. The incident occurred during the protests, which were part of the ongoing political unrest in the capital.
In a heartfelt meeting, Gandapur condemned the incident, expressing his deep regret over the worker’s fall. He wished the injured activist a speedy recovery and assured that all necessary medical support would be provided. The Chief Minister emphasized that the peaceful protesters, who were subjected to brutal violence, deserve utmost respect.
“Such inhumane treatment towards peaceful protesters is absolutely condemnable,” said Gandapur. “I salute the courage and determination of our workers during the Islamabad protest. These workers are the real assets of the party and the true ‘tigers’ of PTI,” he added.
Gandapur further assured the families of PTI workers who were wounded or martyred during the protests that they would not be left alone. He pledged that the release of PTI’s founder and former Prime Minister Imran Khan would be pursued swiftly.
The injured PTI worker, during the meeting, reiterated his commitment to making any sacrifice necessary for Imran Khan’s release, expressing unwavering support for the party’s cause.
