Islamabad:K-Electric has extended the deadline for bill payments following a directive from Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. The extension applies to bills from July and August, with a 10-day grace period granted for payments.
Customers who pay their bills late will have the late payment surcharge adjusted in their bills for the following month.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif had instructed an extension in the payment deadline, leading to similar measures by electricity distribution companies across the country.
