JUI-F Criticizes Gas Load-Shedding at Night, Warns of Increased Risks
Quetta:The spokesperson for Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) district Quetta has strongly criticized the gas load-shedding during the night, calling it a reckless policy by the gas company. He expressed concerns that the sudden disruption and restoration of gas at night are increasing the risk of accidents in homes.
He explained that during the nighttime gas shutdown and its abrupt restoration, there is a possibility of gas leakage or issues arising from failure to turn off gas valves, which could lead to dangerous situations. He highlighted that such incidents pose significant risks to both life and property.
The spokesperson called on the gas company to implement safety measures during the load-shedding hours and ensure that consumers are informed in a timely manner. He further warned that if any accident occurs due to gas load-shedding, the gas company would be held fully responsible for the consequences.
