JUI Condemns PB-45 By-Election as a Blow to Democracy
Quetta:The spokesperson for Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) has strongly condemned the PB-45 by-election in Balochistan, calling it a slap in the face of democracy. The party stated that yesterday’s election raised fresh questions about the performance of the Election Commission. JUI claims that the rigged election is unacceptable and described it as an attack on democracy and an infringement on their mandate.

The party emphasized that any attempt to undermine JUI will not be tolerated. “Such elections and controlled democracy are losing public trust. Stealing the people’s mandate is an assault on democracy,” the statement read.
JUI condemned the alleged rigging in Quetta and reiterated their commitment to defending the rights of the people. The party vowed to continue its struggle for the protection of democratic institutions, asserting that any violation of the sanctity of these institutions would not be accepted.
