Jubilation as Hub Canal Water Supply Restored After Three Years

Hub:After a lapse of three years, the efforts of Deputy Commissioner Hub, Rohana Gul Kakar, have finally borne fruit as water from Pirakas canal resumed flowing into Hub. This development has sparked waves of joy among the public and farmers alike.

The Hub Canal had been shut down for the past three years due to a shortage of funds, prompting public protests. Taking note of the public outcry, DC Hub Rohana Gul Kakar took personal interest in the matter. With mutual cooperation, a thorough inspection and cleaning of the canal, led by Abdul Jabbar Zehri, were completed, rectifying the canal’s structural issues.

Following the canal’s rehabilitation, today Pirakas has once again received water supply. The local residents expressed their gratitude to DC Hub and praised her exemplary performance. They remarked that the restoration of water supply to Pirakas after years is a testament to the dedication of Madam Rohana Gul Kakar.

They further expressed hope that the supply of water from DC Hub Canal would continue uninterrupted in the future.
