Details of meetings held by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan during his imprisonment have surfaced, revealing a total of 1635 encounters from September 2023 to July 2024.
According to figures released from Adiala Jail, Khan conducted 454 meetings in the visiting room, including 88 with lawyers, 223 with political associates, 119 with family members, and 14 with special doctors.
Court proceedings at Adiala Jail documented 1181 meetings, where Khan met with lawyers 591 times, had 273 family meetings, and engaged with 317 media representatives.
Sources within the jail administration also disclosed that Khan made 13 calls to his sons via WhatsApp during his confinement.
The meetings shed light on Khan’s activities and interactions during his 11-month period in custody, amidst ongoing legal and political developments in Pakistan.
