Imran Khan’s Bail Surety Bonds Approved in Toshakhana 2 Case, Release Order Issued
Islamabad: The Special Judge Central has approved the surety bonds for PTI Chairman Imran Khan in the Toshakhana 2 case. Following the approval of his bail, the release order for Imran Khan has been issued by Special Judge Central, Shah Rukh Arjumand.
Imran Khan was granted bail after two surety bonds worth Rs 1 million each were provided by Tariq Noon and Raja Ghulam Sajad. The court directed the release of Imran Khan, instructing that he should be freed if there are no other pending arrest warrants against him.
It is worth mentioning that earlier this week, on Wednesday, the Islamabad High Court, led by Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb, had granted bail to Imran Khan in the Toshakhana 2 case. The High Court had approved the bail on the condition of providing surety bonds worth Rs 10 lakh each.
