Imran Khan Appeals to Judge: “Release My Wife, Jail Me Instead”
Lahore: During the hearing of the Tosha Khana reference case, PTI Chairman Imran Khan appealed before the judge saying, “Jail me, release my wife. I speak only for my wife; re-arresting her is a grave injustice.”
Imran Khan expressed his dissatisfaction over the absence of media during the Tosha Khana reference hearing in Adiala Jail today, stating, “If media doesn’t come, I will walk out of the court.” Following his objection, the court ordered the presence of media representatives inside the jail, initiating the proceedings.
“Illegally detaining Benazir Bhutto to torment me,” Imran Khan stated as the hearing began. He emphasized, “I have read the Quran four times in jail, Allah has entrusted me with great responsibilities.”
No Difference Between NAB Chairman and Gangs
Imran Khan criticized the NAB chairman, drawing parallels with criminal gangs, saying, “There is no difference between them; gangs sell bodies, he has sold his conscience.”
Accusing authorities of targeting his wife, he alleged, “They are targeting my wife, Shahbaz Sultan. She didn’t recommend him for a sensitive post.”
Jewelry Set in Possession, Alleges Imran Khan
Imran Khan claimed, “The first case was concocted to frame us. The jewelry set worth Rs. 18 million is with us; they inflated it to Rs. 315 million.”
“Re-arresting my wife is a grave mistake,” Imran Khan says
“I speak only for my wife; re-arresting her is a grave mistake,” he added. “The second case was filed because they found out we have the first set.”

“They wanted to make wrong decisions, so first the sun sultan and others resigned. The king of the jungle paid for everything,” he said. During the hearing, PTI and Benazir Bhutto sat together.
**It is clear that after appeals in the appeal case of marriage, Imran and his wife Bishrabi Bi Bi were arrested in a new case related to Tosha Khana. And a notification was also issued regarding the hearing of this case in jail.
