Hearing of £190 Million Case Deferred, Non-Bailable Warrants for Bushra Bibi Remain Intact
Rawalpindi: The hearing of the £190 million case has been adjourned, and the non-bailable arrest warrants for Bushra Bibi remain in effect.
According to Express News, the hearing for the £190 million reference and Toshakhana-II case involving PTI founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi was postponed until a later date. The adjournment came due to road blockages in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, along with the prevailing law and order situation in the region.
The court maintained the non-bailable arrest warrants for Bushra Bibi while adjourning the hearing of the £190 million reference. Judge Nasir Javed Rana of the Accountability Court in Islamabad held the proceedings at the Judicial Complex and rescheduled the hearing for November 28.
Meanwhile, the Toshakhana-II case hearing, which was conducted by Special Judge Central Shah Rukh Arjumand, was also adjourned without any proceedings and rescheduled for November 29.
As a result, the indictment of the accused in both cases was not carried out on this occasion.
