Zhob:Governor Balochistan Sheikh Jafar Khan Mandokhail has inaugurated the Zhob-Wana Road project, affirming that roads are vital for public welfare and there will be no compromise on their quality. The ceremony was attended by Provincial Minister Rindoo Mir Asim Kurd Gelyu, Minister for Food Nor Mohammad Dummar, Deputy Commissioner Zhob, and officers from the Ministry of Communications.
Addressing a large gathering at Sheikh Janan House after the inauguration, Governor Mandokhail, along with Provincial Minister Mir Asim Kurd Gelyu, Minister Nor Mohammad Dummar, Sheikh Amir Khan Mandokhail, District Chairman Haji Muhammad Khan Kibzai, Muslim League-Nawaz local president Muhammad Rahim Mandokhail, tribal leader Abdullah Khan Kakar, Lala Haji Mir Hassan Sherani, Muhammad Yar Takai, Aqib Jan Lalon, Alama Muhammad Nasim Babar, Umair Shah Mandokhail, and others, emphasized that after the completion of the Zhob-Wana Road project, a new era of development awaits Zhob. He stated that in his forty years of political career, he has not inaugurated any development project or harbored a desire to falsely inaugurate one. Governor Mandokhail also announced initiatives for another university approval in Zhob, resolving education and health issues in the region, and commencing surveys of various areas soon.
He reiterated the commitment to combat narcotics and maintain peace and security in Zhob, aiming to unite all communities and eradicate longstanding enmities. Governor Mandokhail affirmed that their politics is centered on public happiness and congratulated the people of Balochistan on the commencement of Quetta-Jeddah flight operations for Umrah pilgrimages, facilitating 350 individuals to perform Umrah in one flight from Quetta to Jeddah simultaneously.
Governor Mandokhail emphasized that no religious politician has played any role in Zhob’s development and prosperity, stating, “Development and prosperity of Zhob is my vision.”
