Islamabad: The federal government has decided to impose restrictions on Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar made this announcement during a press conference in Islamabad, stating that efforts have been made in recent days to foment unrest in the country. He mentioned a film trailer circulating under the name “Seven Bloods Absolved,” attributing responsibility for its dissemination.
Tarar remarked that PTI’s founder is the worst leader, accusing him of promoting the tradition of imprisoning sisters and daughters. Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, addressing the assembly, expressed readiness to forge an economic pact, lamenting that our intelligence is being perceived as our weakness.
It was revealed that the decision to impose restrictions on Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has been taken, with the case to be referred to the Supreme Court. “There is clear evidence to justify imposing restrictions on PTI,” Tarar affirmed, indicating that the government will file a case for imposing restrictions on the party.
