Islamabad: Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Ata Tarar, has alleged that Jamaat-e-Islami breached an agreement by abruptly ending their program against inflation at Liaquat Bagh. Addressing a press conference alongside senior officials, Tarar expressed disappointment over Islamabad’s perceived lack of proactive measures following the Liaquat Bagh session.
“We are willing to engage in dialogue with Jamaat-e-Islami despite their breach of agreement,” stated Tarar during the press briefing. Responding to Chief Minister’s address at the Bannu rally, he acknowledged their stance but criticized the PTI’s decision to bring back terrorists after the Apex Committee’s confirmation, claiming a rise in terrorism.
“It was necessary for you to take action against terrorism, they should not have left us in the dark. They have made a pact with the artificial intelligence agency, there is no certification from any organization working in this artificial agency, young people will not benefit from it.”
