Four Medical Stores Sealed in Quetta for Selling Fake Injections
Quetta:the Health Department has taken decisive action against the sale of counterfeit injections, leading to the closure of four medical stores. Following directives from the Director General of Health Balochistan, Drug Inspector Zone One Naseebullah, along with Chief Drug Inspector Zaid Salik and other staff, conducted inspections of various medical stores in the city.
During the inspections, the team discovered unregistered and counterfeit foreign injections being sold. Consequently, they sealed the four medical stores involved and confiscated a large quantity of fake injections. These confiscated items have been sent to the Drug Testing Laboratory for analysis. Cases have been registered against the sealed stores, and the matter has been referred to the Quality Control Board for further action.
