Lahore:Former PTI leader Asad Umar has been hospitalized after experiencing health issues during a court appearance. Umar, who was attending a hearing at the Anti-Terrorism Court in Lahore, suddenly fell ill.
According to sources, Asad Umar complained of chest pain and was promptly taken to the hospital. His lawyer reported that Umar experienced heart pain while in court and had to be carried to a vehicle.
Asad Umar has been transferred to the Punjab Institute of Cardiology. Shah Mahmood Qureshi’s son, Zain Qureshi, has also arrived at the hospital.
Hospital administration has stated that Asad Umar’s condition is now stable. It was reported that his health deteriorated due to skipping breakfast and not taking his blood pressure medication. Medical staff have provided the necessary treatment, and his condition has improved.
