Former Balochistan CM Mir Abdul Quddus Bizenjo Discusses Upcoming Development Plans for Hub and Border Trade Issues

Hub:Former Chief Minister of Balochistan and Senator Mir Abdul Quddus Bizenjo stated that there are no significant differences within the Balochistan government and described the issue as an internal matter that will be resolved within the party. He also emphasized that the master plan for Hub, which he had announced during his tenure, will soon be put into action.
In an interaction with journalists at Bizenjo House in Hub, he clarified that the livelihood of many Balochistan residents is linked to border trade, and there is a need for easing restrictions to support people working in this sector. He mentioned, “Just like any family may have differences, the issues within the Balochistan government are internal matters that will be resolved amicably.”
Bizenjo highlighted the role of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), stating that it is a party that creates job opportunities. He elaborated that during his time in office, he made efforts to ease the lives of people involved in border trade, and he is still in contact with the government to advocate for further relaxation in policies to make trade easier for these individuals.
Regarding infrastructure, Bizenjo reiterated that during his tenure, he approved the Hub Master Plan and the establishment of the Hub Development Authority, which will soon begin to address all the fundamental issues of the city. He added that the implementation of this master plan will address the city’s major concerns.
In response to a question, he mentioned the ongoing construction of the Bela-Awaran Road, which he had approved during his time as Chief Minister. Although the project has faced delays due to unforeseen circumstances, Bizenjo assured that its completion would significantly ease transportation for the local population.
Earlier, Bizenjo also visited Mir Pir Jan to offer condolences following the passing of his daughter. He expressed his sympathies, prayed for the deceased, and sought forgiveness for her soul.
