Fiza Ali Faces Backlash for Bold Outfit Following Ramadan Transmission
Lahore: Pakistani actress and television host Fiza Ali is facing severe criticism on social media after sharing a bold video shortly after the holy month of Ramadan.
During Ramadan, Fiza Ali hosted a special religious transmission focused on Islamic teachings, morality, and spirituality. She was seen getting emotional on several occasions and offered heartfelt advice to viewers, promoting acts of kindness and ethical behavior.
However, following the conclusion of Ramadan, Fiza posted a video on Instagram where she is seen performing to Indian singer Sunidhi Chauhan’s song “Aankh,” dressed in a sheer pink and grey saree. While some admired her styling, hair extensions, and makeup, others reacted strongly, accusing her of hypocrisy.
Social media users expressed disappointment over what they called a “double standard.” One user commented, “So this is her real and ugly face,” while another wrote, “She was crying during Ramadan, preaching Islam, and now this?”
Many others joined in the criticism, accusing the actress of using religion as a performance during Ramadan, only to contradict her message immediately after the holy month.
