Five Dead, Three Injured in Bus Accident in Haveli, Azad Kashmir

Haveli:Azad Kashmir, March 16, 2025 —** A tragic accident in the Haveli district of Azad Kashmir has claimed the lives of at least five people and left three others injured. The incident occurred when a coaster, traveling from Kahuta Forward to Rawalpindi, plunged into a deep ravine due to slippery conditions.

According to local police, the driver lost control of the vehicle on icy roads, and despite his efforts to regain control, the vehicle skidded and fell into the ravine with passengers onboard. A terrifying video of the incident has surfaced, showing the bus sliding backward before plunging into the ravine. The driver was able to jump out of the vehicle, managing to escape with his life.

Police have confirmed that the injured were immediately transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident, while rescue operations continue in the region.
