Islamabad:In Lahore’s Samanabad area, police successfully rescued five children who were discovered shackled inside their residence.
According to authorities, the father has been apprehended and a case has been registered against him, while the children have been handed over to the Child Protection and Welfare Bureau.
Police reported that the father had restrained the children with chains, as his wife had left the home.
The suspect stated that he had restrained the children with chains to keep them from leaving his custody.
