Karachi:A major fire engulfed a multi-story building in Karachi’s Shahrah-e-Faisal area, with flames wrapping around the structure while eight fire brigade vehicles are present at the scene.
The incident at Kashif Centre, located on Shahrah-e-Faisal in Karachi, was reported with fire erupting on several floors of the building where no emergency exits were initially available. The fire spread to the upper floors, trapping multiple individuals inside, who are currently being rescued.
According to fire brigade officials, Kashif Centre comprises 15 floors, including residential units. Upon receiving the alert, fire brigade vehicles rushed to the scene, successfully preventing further escalation of the fire.
