Islamabad: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has not presented charge sheets for several important cases in court over the past six years. Special Judge Central, Shahrukh Arjumand, has issued a letter to the FIA Director addressing this issue.
The letter highlights that both complete and incomplete charge sheets have not been submitted to the court, affecting numerous cases. It notes that these cases are registered across various zones of the FIA in Islamabad.
Furthermore, the letter requests that the FIA submit certificates for cases that are not currently delayed within one week.
