Quetta:According to the Regional Meteorological Center in Balochistan, extreme heat accompanied by high humidity is expected today in most districts of the province. However, there is a possibility of thunderstorms with lightning in Sibi, Dera Bugti, Nasirabad, Kohlu, Zhob, Musakhel, Sherani, and Barkhan during the night hours.
In the past 24 hours, Dalbandin recorded the highest temperature at 47 degrees Celsius, followed by Nokkundi at 46 degrees Celsius, Panjgur at 44 degrees Celsius, Turbat at 43 degrees Celsius, Sibi at 40 degrees Celsius, Lasbela and Quetta at 39 degrees Celsius, and Gwadar at 38 degrees Celsius.
The Regional Meteorological Center has forecasted thunderstorms and lightning accompanied by rain in Khuzdar, Kalat, Lasbela, Awaran, Panjgur, Kech, Ziarat, Zhob, Barkhan, Musakhel, Sherani, Kohlu, Harnai, Sibi, Nasirabad, and Jaffarabad from July 29 to July 31.
