BANNU: A powerful explosion near Kanta Gate on Kohat Road in Bannu has resulted in six individuals being injured, as reported by D.I. Khan. According to Bannu police, the explosion was so intense that windows of nearby buildings and shop shutters were shattered, raising concerns of multiple casualties and fatalities.
Law enforcement agencies, along with other security forces, swiftly cordoned off the area, sealing it. According to police sources, the roof collapse of a nearby building due to the explosion resulted in injuries to six individuals, including women and children, who were promptly transported to DHQ Hospital Bannu for medical assistance.
